v21.1 Who's that Pokemon Mini-Game V1.0

This plugin is a simple "Who's That Pokémon" mini-game. Similar to the Pokémon anime, this game challenges you to guess the Pokémon by typing in their name. No need to worry about proper text cases – the script takes care of that for you. I.E. pikachu, PIKACHU, Pikachu, PiKaChU would all work.
This script will search through the species in your game, select one randomly, and display a "shadow" of that Pokemon.

How to Play:

1. Call the mini-game using the command: wtpMiniGame.
2. Guess the Pokémon by typing in their name.
3. The game allows only one new Pokémon every 24 hours unless you get the answer correct. If you do, you have the option to continue playing until satisfied.

Stats and Rewards: Correct guesses are stored in the $stats.wtp_correct_count variable. This can be used to give player rewards.

Note: This is a simplistic release, and I'm planning to add more features in future versions. This may include a maximum number of guesses per day, built-in rewards, and additional text enhancements.
