Fixed an oversight that prevented the SUMMARY_IV_RATINGS setting from properly disabling IV Ratings when set to false.

Added the Enhanced Stat Display functionality.

This update adds new functionality on the stats page in the Summary that allows you to view EV/IV data for the Pokemon, as well as its Hidden Power type. This can be accessed by pressing the USE key on this page after the game switch set in ENHANCED_STATS_SWITCH has been turned on. Refer to the tutorial for more details.
