v20.1 [v19+] Time of Day Introduction 1.0.2

This is useful for my game which does not have time shading. With this plugin, my players have a way of knowing when to evolve those time-dependent evolutions. I also like how this plugin shows the screen immediately after starting the game in a similar fashion to the seasons in B/W.
