Aside from a few graphical issues and Galarian Rapidash not have any moves this was an amazing and perfect experience. I loved how the sub-abilities were not stingy and you got access to such great ability synergy and combos, and even had a few trainers utilize specific combos to hint at...

It was! The current game is a small demo, there are no gyms but there are 2 major battles that give a taste of what I'm planning. The full game has 4-5 hours of gameplay but it ends on a major story beat, consider it a prologue in terms of content and breadth.

It has something to do with the footprints an following pokemon - it may have something to do with my first pokemon in the party being fainted, and my next pokemon walking on the sand and the footprints might have gotten messed up, I'm unfamiliar with the scripts tho
I don't know what else to say except I wanted more.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the set up for the story I expected to go on. The cutscenes and interactions (early in the game at least) were what really drew me in, but I was quickly thrown out of the fun by little momentum speedbumps...
