Completed Pokémon Overlord - Roguelike Teamfights!

Hey everybody

I just released my new game, Pokémon Overlord! It is a roguelike game inspired by UNICORN OVERLORD.

If you want to play it, you can download it on my itch.io page! (ffor free obviously)

Battles are short and fast-paced, lasting about 1 minute each.

You'll meet lots of characters from the series, each with their on team that gets stronger as the tournament goes on. You can also PLAY as every one of these characters and get to challenge the tournament using only their team, in the LEAGUE CHALLENGE game mode.

If you don't care about the lore you can play the BATTLE FRONTIER mode, in which you face 30 battles in a row, building your team along the way.

Also, yes there is a VERSUS MODE for "GOOD TIMES ONLY" offline multiplayer, and maybve a few other secrets......

You know I really like this way of playing Pokemon, this is the first roguelike Pokemon game I've really gotten into which was a nice surprise because I normally only download things I've already heard good stuff about. Only issue is is that I think I'm experiencing a bug where abilities/second slot moves just won't proc. Like I've lost several runs (one right now I was pretty salty about haha) just because that wall or cover decided not to proc at all, even with full PP. It doesn't seem like a game mechanic I'm missing and seems pretty frequent, like maybe every 1 in 5 matches I'll see that happen. I know it's not moves that hit my whole team or anything they're moves I'd expect to be able to block, and I also think I might have seen that with prank too but didn't take a mental note of it.

Really like the concept though, I really like how you've made a lot of weaker Pokemon clearly less powerful but they still have a niche you can use them for in this system.

in any case, I promise to fix this since its obviously a huge game breaking thing. Its so weird because for now I can replicate it on my devices

I'll release and update in the next few days fixing some bugs people reported, and by then I hope to have this one resolved as well, since its high priority to me

I've been playing on windows, and if it helps I have experienced both battles where it never procs and battles where it didn't proc like once. One of the moves where it didn't proc was fly if that's helpful at all because it could just be specific types of moves; which would also explain why I've had battles where it never proc'd since they're using the same moves. Not a coder though so no clue.
