I couldn't find "Fujin"'s localization in other languages, I assume it's Hoenn or Sinnoh? Regardless, right now I am very busy and it's getting harder and harder for me to focus on these resources, but I do plan on adding Hoenn eventually.

Well, I highlighted the text, selected the translate option when right-clicking on it, and that is what I got:
"Dear Sir/Madam, I know that asking such a question might make me look rather presumptuous, but I still can't help but ask you if you have considered creating a rich map in the style of HGSS？"

I'm very sorry, sir. I have wasted your time. I'm a developer from China. What I mean is Hoenn. Your article on developer guidance is very instructive to me. It has strengthened my belief and made me more determined to create a fun game to present to everyone.

@LinKazamine Oh yeah, XLZ just posted, I did translate the text with Google, and saw "Fujin" whose meaning felt closer to Hoenn's concept, hence I asked

I would really love to work on these resources but I don't have the time. Sometimes I wish I was like 15 again with humongous amounts of free time, LOL!

I do plan to do Hoenn eventually, but if anyone wants to help me with it, I would really appreciate it at this point. Also, I am very grateful and humbled the developer tutorial helped you. It's long overdue for an update, even though its style is kinda... uh, specific. Thanks for reading it!
