Looks like this is going to be held at the same time as two other Pokemon game jams I know of - Archie's new competition (starting tomorrow), and of course Anthroyd's Make A Great Map. Any thoughts on / rules regarding submitting the same entry to multiple contests?

This is a very good question!

The project must be within the rules of this Game Jam specifically, so public resources must be credited, created assets must be put in a resource pack, and the Game must be made within a maximum team of 4 and started and finished within the Game Jam time limit.

If the game you're created fits that criteria, then it's absolutely fine to submit for this Jam, even if they were technically made for a different jam. Just be careful!
