This project aims to resolve bugs/lag and add small features to @Manurocker95 's v21.1 port of Luka S.J.'s Elite Battle: DX.

Major Additions:
  • Animated sprites from Gens 1 - 9, including all Legends Z-A Mega Evolutions (courtesy of @Lucidious89 's Animated Pokemon System sprites and the Spanish fangame community...

The game crashes when you interact with the Pokeball in the starting map. I didn't make any changes on my end at all so this should be a thing that everyone has.

Also, and this is something that for some reason ONLY I ever have and NO ONE ELSE does (regarding the unofficial port by manurocker), I still have lags in 3 places:

- The initial battle transition when the screen flashes white and then goes to a battle transition. In the video below, you'll notice the BGM doesn't even change during the flashing sequence.

- When the trainer/wild Pokemon appears. The video below doesn't show the wild Pokemon scenario but it's basically the same as the trainer. You'll notice the trainer is super slow to appear on screen. They are also just as slow to appear after winning the battle too.

- When each Pokemon faints, it takes like 3 full seconds for them to actually faint.

I had all of these issues with the original by manurocker and was hoping this version had those issues fixed because, like I said, he could not replicate my issues and I have not found a single other person who has these issues. Also I did not change anything at all. I downloaded it from the github page and extracted the .zip file to a separate drive, away from my current project. I changed the title, just in case it was a title that one of my other test versions of Essentials has, started up the game with a fresh compile and that's what I have.

No idea why only I have this issue and no one else, especially when I didn't change anything at all. It's incredibly frustrating. Gen 5 was my favorite and when I saw manurocker's unofficial port, I was so excited to use it only to find those issues. Then I saw this and got excited again only for me to continue to have those issues...
