Retro Charmander - a custom edit of Charmander's sprites to look more like its retro Gen1 appearance

I wanted to have a more retro-themed Charmander appear in my fangame, so I made a sprite for it by editing the default sprites that come with PE. The change mostly makes it a bit chonkier and have a less pug-like face, as well as gives it back its back spikes.
