Hello everyone, like the title says, im trying to figure out how to have a constant weather effect shown in battle. I couldnt find anything on the Internet about it.
Does someone have a idea how to achieve this? I think it would add a nice feeling when battling on a rainy map to actually see the rain throughout the entire battle.
