Pokémon Swallow 3DS is a fangame specially designed for Nintendo 3DS family, based on microgame concepts discarded by Game Freak and revealed in the Freak Leak of 2024 along with other completely original ones. Microgames are short challenges lasting between 5 and 10 seconds, similar to games such as Wario Ware, where there is only one mechanic and you must complete them quickly (like a "swallow"
).
Story/Plot:
A tournament is being held in the Kanto region that is attracting the attention of trainers from all over the world. It's not about battling with Pokémon, but rather having them compete in skill tests set by the region's Gym Leaders and Elite Four. Reporter Amelia will help us participate by using the console's Game Coins. Each gym leader will specialize in Button, Gyroscope, and Touch Screen tests, and we'll have to pass the tests set before us using all the capabilities of the handheld device. Each time we defeat a leader, we'll earn coins that we can use to unlock the different modes.

- Fully localized into Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Japanese. You can change the language from the title screen.
- 3 save slots so you can have 3 different games.
- Story mode with league mode, where you must face the Gym Leaders and Elite Four of Kanto in themed microgames.
- Free mode, where you can practice mini-games separately (only available once you have completed story mode).
- Multiplayer Mode (Local) where you can play locally with a friend and see who is the best (only available once you have finished story mode).
- Extras: Some levels, such as Magnezone Charge, are only available via Amiibo in this section.
- Credits: A credits scene for all the resources used in the game.
- Although designed for Nintendo 3DS, it is playable on other platforms such as Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, iOS, Nintendo Wii U, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch. However, the New 3DS version will be polished first, followed by the ports. It is playable on both real hardware and emulators (Citra, Azahar, etc.).
