Hello folks! New day, new fangame. Today I bring PokéROM Sanctuary, a fangame that tries to recreate the interactive experience developed by The Learning Company in 2000 made from scratch in Unity Engine.

In PokéROM Sanctuary we can access the Observatory, where we can find and capture the first 151 Pokémon of Kanto through a mathematical puzzle; and the Trainer Center where we can evaluate our skills in an educational mini-game for 1 to 4 players. The entire game is dubbed by the voices of Roberto Encinas in Spanish and Stuart Zagnit in English, official voices of the Pokémon anime in their respective languages. Both minigames will be guided at all times and with auditory guidance by Professor Oak. In addition, they will vary according to the difficulty we choose at the beginning and for those who play on console there is a virtual mouse controlled by joystick. Also, to give a retro touch, in the case of Windows, instead of downloading the .exe and playing, you can use the installer I have created so that you can install it the “old fashioned way”.

All texts and audios are available in both English and Spanish. The screenshots below are in Spanish but once you boot the game, it will use your device language.
