Where can I find a complete, ordered list of moves?

The supplied moves list ingame does not match the supplied movelist on PokemonDB or Bulbapedia. I am trying to find the exact placement of Aqua Tail and other moves, but they are in the wrong order as listed in the links above. I need this so I can use the Tutor moves PBS directory in-game properly, as doing it within the pokemon.txt returns an error upon bootup.

I'd host an image, but this website is not allowing me to parse deviantart or google drive images, maybe because of an https >> http problem.

I'm honestly not sure what you're looking for here. I assume you're looking at the moves.txt PBS? Order doesn't matter. Just search for "Aqua tail" to find it?

As for editing pokemon.txt giving an error, that means you're setting something up wrong. I edit the Pokemon.txt all the time. You will have to provide a screenshot of the error you get and then where the error is occuring in the PBS for us to help with that
