Compiling Error. How do I fix this?

Trying to compile the game. This error keeps popping up. What do I do to fix this?
If it helps, this started after I tried playing around with the Gen 9 pack created by Caruban (I think? The meta.txt file credits them and they're the only credit so I assume they made it.)
I tried to reset everything by replacing the pbs files I altered, but the error keeps appearing.

If you compiled a plugin into your game and then deleted it, you save file might not fit the anymore.
Try deleting the save file from:
User\appdata\Pokemon Essentials
Or something like thia

No save file there. The error says something about "pbCriticalCode". Maybe it has something to do with that?

I think it must be a save file, because you said it can't load the game.
The exact file location is mentioned on the error message:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Pokemon Essentials v21.1\

Nope. No save file here. I moved it to an external hard drive (and then back again) before this all started. Could that be causing the error?
