I can't make it compatible, Arcky's Region Map uses it's own graphics... Not proficient enough to match these.

The original BW Pokedex script by DeepbluePacificWaves needs Luka Scripting Utilities. I have version 3.3.2 in my Plugins folder. I don't run into any errors.
I suspect that will resolve the issue. But, please remember that you'll have to tweak it some more if you wish to implement more than the national Kanto dex. I'll look into that when I get further into the development of my own game. But it won't be soon.
