Clear disk - make TR obtainig more dynamic - Turn any move into a TR in the middle of combat! To give them something over TMs

Introducing: The Clear Disk!

Called that way because it's basically an empty TR. Useless on it's own... but with potential to become any move you want! Assuming you have it defined first

The way it works it's very simple:
While equiped to a pokemon, after the user uses a move, it has a 10% chance to "record" the move, and turn itself into the TR that would teach that same move!

I could see this having some good use in a game where you play as a new Gym Leader who needs to establish their TR move, team, and Gym location.
