Resource Emerald Outdoors 1.0

glassbetelgeuse submitted a new resource:

Emerald Outdoors - Emerald rips, formatted for Essentials, with transparency.

While this tileset already exists to a degree because it's been ported directly from Heartlessdragoon's Emerald outdoor rips, there's no transparency on it, which means tiles aren't very versatile. This tileset seeks to change that. It also contains autotiles for the animated tiles. Someday I'll end up writing up a tutorial for the more confusing ones, but for now, I'm happy to just get it posted.
