Project Title: Pokemon: Sujimonia Version!
Looking to recruit: In order of Priority: Mappers, Spriters, Scripters!
Team Name/Team Members: Let's call it the SujiDev Team!! For now, it is comprised of only I, ZacDivine. I handle the coding of the various fakemon of this fangame!
Kit used: Pokemon Essentials + Gen 3 Graphics!
The game mostly takes place in an urban area, not unlike the Acclaimed Fangame Pokemon Reborn's Reborn City Map.
Project description: Pokemon: Sujimonia Version aims to pay hommage to a feature within SEGA's Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Yakuza: Infinite Wealth; the Sujimons. Indeed, in those games, Sujimons are overworld ennemies, in the form of wacky street thugs! This is all a giant hommage to pokemon, so I set out to make a hommage back by taking this Sujimon concept and make it into a full fledged fangame! But I need your help, thus why I am reaching out on Pokecommunity today!
Plot outline:
This must be the great question that's puzzling you ever you ever since you started reading...
WHAT ARE SUJIMONS?
Contrarily to pokemons, Sujimons are humans! Each with a name, a past, feelings, friends... But contrarily to common folks, Sujimons are too far gone the hard road of crime... Indeed, Sujimons are ruthless criminals of all walks of life, scouring cities alone or in packs to give into their devious desires and prosper outside of the law!!
With this rising epidemic of those lawless creatures, law enforcement soon understood that there was no use in containing those bandits in oversized prison... But instead, the path of rehabilitation was taken! How, you may ask? In the form of the Sujimon League, a large organization aiming to channel the criminal impulses of Sujimons into entertaining battles! Much like pokemon battles in a far, far away parallel universe...
Word to Mouth operated, and soon, a hefty amount of sujimon species heard about this initiative. Some let themselves tempted, and joined the care of a Sujimon Trainer to fight in those thrilling battles as an outlet for their criminal impulses... Most other sujimons, however, remain at large, carrying out their misdeeds. And with Team Chaos at large, looking to destroy the Sujimon League and its efforts at rehabilitating Sujimons, they might run rampant forever and drown the region of Hawama in a sea of vice!
AND IT IS YOUR TASK AS A SUJIMON TRAINER TO BEFRIEND AS MANY AS POSSIBLE, CHALLENGE THE LEAGUE TO PROVE YOUR PROFICIENCY AS TRAINER, AND THUS, INFLUENCE AS MANY SUJIMONS TO QUIT THEIR EVIL WAYS!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

I know this looks barebones for now, but I still wanted to build this demo map and demo battle to showcase that I can am willing to learn, even if we are starting from scratch, and put my back into it!
