More Generic Time Switches - Hopefully cutting your groups in half!

In PSDK and Studio you set your encounters through groups. I like to have my encounters change throughout the day, but unfortunately that required me to set 4 groups! One for morning, one for day, one for sunset and one for night. I only wanted 2 different groups, one for morning & day then one for sunset & night, so this aims to fix that by cutting your groups down to just the two you need.
