Base Pokemon Essentials Card Building?

I was wondering what the green and yellow card buildings are for. Are they just placeholders? If so, any suggestions for their use?

Any graphic is there to be used for whatever purpose the dev sees fit, you're not required to use any tile in any particular way.

They can be used to make pokecenters\marts of different colors, as buildings for gaming like Triple Triad or easily edited into something new.
