Better Summary - Replacing the Ribbon page with a new EV & IV page

This plugin replaces the Ribbon page that no one uses to a EV/IV page. I have even reorder so that the EV/IV page comes after the Skill page and the Moves page to 5th slot instead of the 4th.

EV & IV Page is currently displaying
-EV & IV of the pokemon
-What it's Hidden Power type is (because Hidden Power type is based of the pokemons IV)
-How much EV/IV the pokemon have out the max value it can have (EV is 510 and IV is 186)
