PinkFluffyDragon submitted a new resource:

PCD GifLoader - Loads GIFs with DevIL cleaner sprites!

PCD GIFLoader overrides GifBitmap to load GIF's using DevIl, removing the blury background in some sprites,
this will eventally also contain the RCD_GIF2PNG toolset for users to use using via the Editor.

It is very new so not everything will work out of box, please report issues here.
