But first, what IS Champions of Tomorrow?
Champions of Tomorrow is a game ran entirely from Essentials and EBDX offering a different take on the formula, as you and a teammate collaborate to take the crown of battling in a new Monaco-inspired region with a league structure that borrows from elements of real-life motor racing. A lot of the major battles will be doubles, and you'll be up against a squad of international battling professionals who are just as competitive as you are.

Minimal additions to the dex, with a focus on creating mons with interesting mechanics, not just filling the dex for the sake of numbers.

Three new starters

A new take on battle mechanics with added strategy in the form of Type Resonance Switching (...if we can code it!)

Interesting battle challenges borrowing from games such as XD and Battle Revolution

Entirely custom soundtrack focusing on minimalist jazz and orchestral beats

Custom UI design

No more gyms! A different approach to progression based on open-ended tiers, trophy cabinets and points.

Fancy video animations before important battles, TV graphics style

A chance for devs to add their favourite teams into the game for players to battle against
