Pokemon: Storm and Shine take place in the Ballia region-A lush region full of unique pokemon, based on colombia, northern ecuador, and western venzuala
Plot outline:
40 years ago, Orre was struck with a catastrophe like no other, making the entire region unlivable, with one man behind it all, pulling the strings. Fen Tellton. 4 whole decades later, in the far-off Ballia region, scarttered sightings of Fen have begun popping up north of Tandium city near Bojo mines, although unconfirmed. Almost at the same time, beams of green energy began shooting out of Zanum Jungle occasionally.
And you, in the small town of vegencia, what can you do? How do these all connect?
Unique features:
Aquatica and Terra forms-The pokemon gets a stat change as well as type change
