Map Border or Borderless?

I was working on an interior map for my game and I realized that when the door and hallway connected it looked off. I added borders to it and it looked better, but the the borders on the side of the room and hallway looked out of place. They also looked wierd next to the exit, so I am not sure whether having the borders added looks better or worse. Should I put the borders or not?

The tileset is from aveontrainer, ditto209, ChaoticCherryCake, and Akizakura16.

I think the borders look better, but maybe the ones on the side with the exit aren't needed, that can just be a clean off and look better
