Better.
On the first sprite, the shorts look kinda a bit fake. Maybe introduce a bit of deviation from horizontal?

I changed the face a bit and now the shorts look less fake

Maybe a bit more defined lineart? Especially on the second one cuz it's hard to determine if she is wearing shorts or a skirt
