This just backs up certain folders/assists that you describe. It includes:
MAPS, SCRIPTS, PBS, AUDIO_BGM, AUDIO_BGS, AUDIO_ME, AUDIO_SE, GRAPHICS_PICTURES, GRAPHICS_CHARACTERS, GRAPHICS_TRAINERS, GRAPHICS_EBDX, GRAPHICS_AUTOTILES, GRAPHICS_TILESETS, ICONS, GRAPHICS_ITEMS, GRAPHICS_POKEMON, and PLUGINS.
