Share your game in 7z or zip format?

Hi,
I wanted to ask those who have created and shared for download a fangame: do you prefer to share it in .zip or .7z/.rar format?

A few rare players are unable to unzip a .rar or 7Z archive, while the ZIP format is natively supported by Windows. That said, .7z offers better compression rates. (This is always appreciable on a game that is 500 MB)

So I'm wondering if I should share it in .7z, or if I should offer .zip instead.
