Elle's Animated Saffron Gym Pack - Autotiles everywhere!

I've been working on mapping FRLG Saffron City lately and I thought it would be fun to animate the gym as much as I can because I love making simple animated autotiles. Actually, it's been so long that I played those games, I didn't even remember that everything in the gym is static. Ugh, gross.
