Project Title: Pokemon Starter Squad Adventures (PSSA).
About me:
Howdy! I decided to create a pokemon game about 4 months ago. During this time I have learn't alot about being a developer using RPG Maker xp and Pokemon Essentials.
Have had lots of success and struggles but the past month has been the most productive and I have been having so much fun doing this.
I can code in Java thanks to minecraft lol, can also do basic web stuff (html, css, javascript/php). (mySQL experience aswell)
I will be studying computer science at university as of next year. (TAFE pathway)
Hoping to adapt to ruby to make some resources for the community and for my game.
I decided I am doodoo at graphics so I am hoping to pick up a few pixel artists who are willing to work for fun/experience, so if you like the sound of my project (Which I'll explain in just a little bit) then please consider applying for the squad.

About my game:
The storyline will be similar to Shippidge's popular series called 'Starter Squad' but in a re-imagined way. (with permission)
The protagonist of the game is Totodile, teaming up with a Cyndaquil and Chikorita.
It has a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon style feel to it.
Game begins in the professor of the regions lab where a child is choosing his first Pokemon for his journey to complete the Pokedex.
Therefore both humans and Pokemon will live alongside each other in this game and you'll encounter both in the story.
Planned Features:
Looking to recruit:
2-3 Pixel artists willing to help create gen 3 based tiles / graphics. [1/3]
1-2 Mappers. [0/2]
1 Person who can help with plot direction / writing. [0/1]

- Shadow pokemon will be incorporated into the story
- Dungeon System: [Randomized dungeons, Recruiting system, Boss battles, dungeon traps and item collection]
- Mystery dungeon styled game (you play as pokemon) In a world where both humans and pokemon live.
