It's recommended that the person I hire has already completed a large majority of their own fan game. If you want this job, I must review the results of your previous works. I'm easily impressed.
-Payment: I can promise a minimum of 4 dollars an hour. I will need a record of everything you did each hour and an estimate of how long you believe this project will take. I can pay you more money depending on your estimate and talent.
-Positions: You and whoever helped you create your already existing fan game. You guys have the know-how, I have the funds.
-Project Description: Simple. What I need from you is to reuse any trademarked Pokemon content you've already implemented into your own game in order to speed up the development of mine. If it's necessary to completely start from scratch, that is fine depending on how much time it will take.
-Plot: Not applicable.
-Unique features: Thorough balance update for fair gameplay not yet seen from any official Pokemon game.
-Contact: Direct Message on Relic Castle or wherever you prefer.
-Goal: To create a fun multiplayer game. I want almost the entire national dex present. For now 20-30 Pokemon will suffice, with later additions over time.
-Job duration: If I like you (I'm easily impressed) I will keep you for many projects to come. I'm only a few weeks a way from releasing a fighting game on Steam that has been worked on since the beginning of this year. After the fighting game is released, I plan to create a plethora of other original games, including a Pokemon-inspired video game (separate from this free fan game). If you are up for that long ride, I would be glad to have you as a partner.

- It will be a 2-player local multiplayer game only (no story, no adventure).
- I must be able to adjust the individual stats and ability of every pokemon and also modify the properties moves (example: Increase Onix base attack to 100).
- I need a straight forward, easy to understand Pokemon Stadium style monster selection screen.
