Welcome to the Niame region, a region full of 100+ exciting Pokemon waiting for you to catch them, a new typing, a huge game mechanic, and much more. I plan on using Pokemon Essentials (if that's the name and I'm not remembering wrong), and I don't see any change in the future unless we need to suddenly change engine.
Pokemon in this region never go extinct. Nobody knows why, but every species that does go extinct ends up being revived immediately after. This has happened for centuries, and it's still happening today, but oddly, Pokemon that go extinct nowadays are revived AND stronger than ever. The first person to find the cause of this is awarded with 1,000,000 Pokedollars. Everybody in the region is after these Pokedollars, including Team Current, the team that triesmto distract the public with newer and greater products as they try to replace all job employees with Rotoms that can deliver the money they collect to Team Current.
In this region, the only jobs left are battling jobs, such as gym leaders. To get some money, you need to go find one of these jobs, so you try to traverse the land using only one type to train for becoming a gym leader (No, your starter doesn't determine what type you use, the first mon you catch does). You have to find a job while trying to stop Team Current from getting the reward money, because if they do, soon the region's jobs will be overrun by Rotoms and money will be way harder to obtain.

- People who can balance the teams of trainers and boss battles.
- More artists, as I don't want to put all of the burden on one person
