Hello everyone. I am looking for one or a few people who can help me with my fangame.
Looking for:
-Someone who can help me with making weaker pokemon more competitive yet keep the game balanced. Kind of like a sparring partner for ideas.
-A writer for the details of the plot and overworld encounters.
-Spriter, to edit/make a few overworld sprites.
-Mapper
I don't require a lot of experience, we can work together on the things.
Project title: A working title, but for now Top 4 lost in parallel worlds.

Lance is doing his job battling trainers in the Indigo League. One day he decides to visit his niece. When he steps out of the building, the world around him seems to be different yet very similar. He soon discovers that he is not the only trainer that has been brought to a parallel world of Kanto. But for what reason nobody knows. However, it becomes apparent that Giovanni knows how to access different worlds and he has built a strong new Team Rocket with the best criminals from several worlds to achieve an unparalleled criminal organization.
Agatha in another world also steps out of Indigo Plateau and also finds herself in a different place. Lance and Agatha both try their best to uncover how they can get home. It somehow seems connected to Team Rocket...
Features: (Done with PSDK)
-Opposing trainers have always at least the level of the pokemon with the highest level in your party. Same goes for wild pokemon.
-Trainers use competitive teams from the get-go: fully EV-trained and optimized movesets and IVs as well as fitting natures and abilities.
-Adapted weaker pokemons to make the competitive and streamlined evolution to allow for competitive battles without advantages or disadvantages.
-Frequent access to NPCs who set EVs, IVs, nature, ability, and moves already learned.
-There are no movetutors or Tms, all possible moves (except useless ones) are learned by level-up and can remembered.
-Team Rocket is really strong. No pushover like all evil teams.
-Many protagonists and antagonists from all pokemon games can be found as they are also searching for a way to go home.
-If the player wins a battle, the defeated trainer will heal the party of the player.
-Upgraded pokemons, new abilities, upgraded more fitting type combination for a few pokemon, higher basestats to make weaker pokemon be able to keep up. Nerfed pokemon which were too strong. Also added and removed moves to pokemon.
-Many moves have improved accuracy to make them more viable.
-Each pokemon does have 2-3 good abilities which allow the player to choose different strategies.
-Sound type added and balanced weaker types a bit.
-The base of the map is kanto, but it is remade and expanded.
-There are no mega pokemon, no z-moves, no gigamax forms. Mega pokemons can be obtained. They are now a optional evolution, e.g. magikarp can evolve into Gyarados or mega-gyarados (permanently).
-All pokemon which can be found in the grass in an area, can also be found at least once as roaming overworld pokemon on that map. Eliminates long searches for rare pokemon.
-Legendary pokemon are a bit harder to defeat (surprise ;) ) and some also roam around and might challenge you out of nowhere.
-Two playable characters (maybe more): Lance and Agatha.
