Extended Debug Features for Pokemon Essentials

This is a MODIFIED Version of the Base Pokemon Essentials which includes new features to help debuging and/or make it generally easier.

List of features:
- Quick Save by pressing D
- Toogle wild battles by pressing I
- General Debug Log: use PBDebugAll.log("Your message here")
- Toogle battle logging / general logging by pressing P
- Toogle Speed Up by pressing F (even in battle, speed can be modified via the menu)
