fading is now independent from the frame rate. Graphics shifted back to Pictures because of backwards-compactiblity with 20.1

A bug was fixed that makes the script incompactible with v20.x If you use v21.x and update from v1.1 or 1.0, you have to move the Folder Save from Graphics/Pictures/ to Graphics/UI/

I cleaned up a lil bit on the code so, unnecessary things got shifted down to remove it easily

Better Support for V21.x

check pbSaveScreen in line 123 and compare it.

I tested it and it will use the Base Essentials but mine has minor changes.

My script will be called instead of the default, so i have to otherwise it could cause errors or other weird effects
