Most of them evolve by lvl ups except for buloom, it needs leaf stone to evolve to its third stage. Sorry for late reply

Ok, I'll try to change it in V1.2 but it will take some time. To defeat rockruff, I'll suggest to use only attacking moves, and keep the potion that you get from pc with you, I hope it will help in the battle.
