The map actually isn't in the game yet as the game is not complete I just havent completed the full map. Meltan should eventually be able to be caught in a ball like normal. try sleep or para to help

Riolu is not part of the Kanto regions extended dex the starter mega stones im still thinking of a nice event to include to get these. Galarian Mr Mime can be found in Viridian City after you have collected 5 Badges. Johto will be the standard Johto dex + an evolutions like yanmega/Gliscor/etc...

You need to speak to the Aide in Oaks Lab. This is will activate the Meltan Mission.

Just download the latest file and play the game from that folder. Rpg maker fan games are amazing because the save file is just carried over

The dex doesn’t take long to complete. I’ve completed it during the normal gameplay. Taking a very short break from developing just to reduce the burn out but as soon as I’m back I’ll get on to making Johto!
