    Completed Pokemon Nebula

    Hey, can I ask u a question? Where can I find Dhelmise? I got all my other 5 fav Pokemon locations except for dhelmise. I know it's in the game because it's in the Pokemon list, but I can't find it in the encounter list—many thanks for considering my request :)
