Yeah I had that bug too where I had to rebattle Shiro after beating him but it never affected anything as after I wiped I could just carry on

Go south from the starting town to Sanu beach and find them there

I'm not sure if I've bugged my game but I can't find the elemental monkeys at all as I saw pansear (I think) once and it ran off and nothing since. Then also the quest with the miltank and tauros says about the members being in the fields south but having checked everywhere can't seem to find...

The part in the postgame where you need to dive from flopetal crashes the game. I can dive in flopetal town but when i try to resurface to Pavilla Ville it crashes and says something like map doesnt exist.

Once the league and champion is finished I will definitely do a playthrough of this!
