    Just recently discovered this whole site, and I'm not far into this game but I'm loving it so far—great work! Just one question: the gift Eevee in Dowalis city is a guaranteed shiny, right? I didn't just get a full-odds shiny 25 minutes into the game? I don't want to make a new save to check...
