    Completed Pokemon Royal Version (Mega Evolution now included)

    Hi I just started playing the game today and I noticed that the EXP Share works like it does in X and Y where it gives EXP to all party members. Is the game designed around having it turned on all the time or is it to make leveling up new Pokemon easier?
