[V2.0.7] Fixed False Swiper anim being broken. Added Whirlipede to the encounters at day at Route 811.

I made a mistake, the patch actually worked. It's just someone who saved in the wall saying the patch didn't work. But here is a patch anyway. [V2.0.4] + Added a way to unstuck yourself from the wall of the last patched bug if you save in the wall.

You may want to redownload the patch idk why but I may have forgot to turn on the patch in the last build of the game
