Generally with your regular screenshot button. Iirc there is a button for screenshots that's specific to Essentials (I think F9 but I'm not sure) but I never used it so I couldn't tell you. The puzzle should always be the same, so the below is one possible solution.

I just double checked the encounter doc and apparently nowhere. I don't know if that was an oversight on my part or if I didn't add it on purpose, but as it stands its not in the game currently.

The game corner TMs are TM14 Blizzard, TM15 Hyper Beam, TM25 Thunder, TM38 Fire Blast and TM68 Giga Impact. The game doesn't really use an established TM list; It's kinda Gen 7 but I removed some moves to make room for some of the moves that were TRs in Gen 8.

It should be within your AppData/Roaming files.
