This is an issue with the Game-z version of the download. If you join the discord, there's an alternate download link that does not produce this error. Unfortunately, I don't widely distribute that other version because only a handful of users have reported the problem.

This first screenshot is your problem. You need to move all the contents out of that folder so that it looks more or less like this (see that there's a single Pokemon Soulstones folder and the Audio folder is in with the rest of the folders

It sounds like you've done it right but I'd have to see a screenshot of your game folder to know for sure. Other possibilities might be your master volume has the game turned off. Alternatively, press F1 while in game and check to make sure in the settings that the BGS/BGM is activated.

There is only one folder in part 2 and that is the audio folder however, there are subfolders to this. If you are seeing only one file, it's because you interrupted the download or extracted it before it was finished. There is a wiki for Soulstones 1, but there is also the reference documents...

You have likely not downloaded part 2 which is the audio folder or extracted that folder properly. You need to download both parts and extract the contents of both files into the same folder.

Game-z runs better than Game.exe for most players. In some limited cases, Game.exe runs better. You can play whichever one gives you the better performance.

I can't help you without getting more detail. Why can't you download part 2? Is the download failing somehow? Is Mediafire not opening? Are you getting any sort of error message?

Joiplay is not officially supported so you sort of play it on there at your own risk. There will be issues with playing it on phone that I cannot help resolve bugs on. That said, there is a guide on the discord that explains how to play on Joiplay that you can follow as some others have managed...

You mostly get them through quest rewards. You have a quest rewards.txt file that comes with the download package where you can hone in on quests that give heart scales as rewards.
