    Completed Pokémon Black Ruby

    My screen turns black whenever I try to go from route 29 though the house building thing. It just stays black, I can't get out or go anywhere or open and menu. I am just stuck there. Also, my Nidoran has yet to evolve and it is at level 19. Could you tell me how to evolve it, please?
