It hasn't. Remember that you must be playing during the daytime (based on your PC time) to evolve Riolu. You can try grooming it in Tsuchi Village, or give it Ramen/Bento Boxes.

You need to go to a shrine. If you have completed the grass dojo, just go to any of the shrines and purify.

The game doesn't change shades based on the time, but the time is set to whatever your computer/phone's time is. So, if you're playing after 9PM, you can evolve Eevee into Umbreon.

1. Open the file in the Game folder called mkxp.json. 2. Remove the // before openGL4 and set it to false. You should be able to run the game now!
