Hello =) I can't download the game. The launcher says "unable to download. Exception during solicition of WebClient" or something like this (I'm translating it from my language). Any tips?

I'm a little lost. With what NPC should I talk to / with what should I interact with after choosing my starter(s)? Thanks in advance
