I've just uploaded a new version, V1.4.1 which may have fixed this issue. If you have already saved your game this could potentially not allow the fix to work but if you could try it and let me know that would be great.

Could you expand on this? The first two routes have a different track set to the labs. I'm not sure why you're getting the same thing being played. I've only used the default essentials tracks which I know some people don't really like but I'm not good with music based things.

The level differentiation can go -10 levels but its got a lower limit of lv2. Riolu is found at the ranch at the beginning of the game.
