    All items stay the same, they're not randomized. Therefore, Silvally's Memories will always be given by the man in the first floor of Mondelo Tower, as with every other specific item.

    Well, the Triple Triad is supposed to be difficult since it's Type: Null you could be getting. Keep trying, it's doable! For Pidgey, it's tradable via the Gen. 1 transfer tool. Sounds complicated, but it's a simple process.

    Sorry for not responding quicker! You can get to the Lost Isles by finishing its special sidequest from a man in Minneola Town. After that, the quest should be pretty straight and narrow.

    You're probably using Randomizer Mode. I promise Megas are not normally available in the wild.

    You evolve trade Pokémon by using a Link Stone on them, buy it at the Dept. Store. As for Pokémon like Magneton, Mondelo Sewers is the place with the electromagnetic field.
