    The Aerodactylite is a tricky one to get. After reaching the Battle Frontier and talking to Nin, go to Trece Village and talk to Murphy. You'll get to a mini-game followed by a battle against Mecha Tyranitar. Defeat him and you'll get the Aerodactylite.

    Xerneas is in a secret area in the Floral Forest which can be accessed by surfing after starting the Battle Frontier quest. Latias appears in the Shortcut Bridge, but only on certain days of the week. The super rod should be given to you by a fisherman. I can't remember which one now...

    Okay. I think there's an Elite Four member near your house. If you can't find him, go to San City or Nona City and look for them, talk to them and they'll take you to a cutscene after which you'll be guided to the Battle Frontier.
